“I think I'm more impressed with the wedges than anything else”
The 50 and 56 degree full-face-groove wedges look like Vice's standalone wedges, feel soft and delivered repeated up-and-downs, but they don't stop the ball as fast as a more expensive wedge.
+ the facts · 3 pros · 3 cons− the facts
- +Full face grooves with premium looks close to Vice's standalone wedges
- +Very soft feel; by the end he was most impressed with the wedges of the whole set
- +Sensible simple lofts (50/56) for the target golfer instead of an unnecessary 60
- −A more expensive wedge stops quicker, which caught him out twice
- −Wedges sit a bit upright
- −Low spin on partial shots
For: Set buyers who want simple, capable scoring clubs without extra lofts to learn
